From the romantic anticipation of a grand entrance to the quiet intimacy of a private last dance, it is both an honor and a privilege to help guide the emotional arc of my couples’ celebrations. With preparedness, presence, and protection, I help create the atmosphere, energy, and emotional safety that allow couples to feel fully celebrated, cared for, and free to focus on the memories they are creating together.

Most wedding advice tells you what to do. Very little of it explains what actually happens—in real time, with real people, in a real room. And why.
​
After nearly 700 weddings, I’ve learned that the moments that shape a night aren’t always the ones on the timeline. They’re the transitions. The decisions no one talks about. The subtle shifts that either bring a room together—or quietly pull it apart.
​
But not everything I write lives squarely on the dance floor. Some stories come from the miles between venues. Some from the music itself. Some from the people I share this life with—especially my wife.

There is a part of this job that happens outside the timeline.
​
It lives in the quiet spaces between what everyone sees — along the miles between home and the venue, in the hour before setup, in the moments before music begins, and in the stillness that settles once the night ends and everything has been packed away. Over time, those spaces have led me into places I never would have discovered otherwise.
​
Restaurants tucked just beyond the venue.
Meals that arrive exactly when they are needed most.
Experiences that, somehow, become part of the day itself.
​
Over time, I’ve started to write some of them down—not as a ranking, and not as anything more complicated than they are, but as a collection of remarkable meals discovered along the way, places run by people who care deeply about what they do, and whose food made the miles, the work, and the long days worth it. Some I found on purpose. Others I stumbled into. All of them stayed with me; all of them are worth the drive.

DJ Trivia kicks off at 7:00 PM, and for 90 minutes, your brain gets the credit it has long deserved—its moment in the spotlight.
​
Add in some of the best beer in the area, a room full of people who are way more fun than your couch, and a few prizes on the line, and suddenly Tuesday and Thursday nights feel like events instead of placeholders.
​
I’m there every week, running the show, asking the questions, and quietly judging your team name (in a loving way, of course).
​
